Broccoli microgreens contain sulforaphane- an antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals (toxins), calms inflammation, and blocks mutations in DNA that cause cancer.
The texture is soft and fine with a mild, earthy flavor. Good in shakes and added to salads. If you have difficulty digesting mature broccoli because of all the fiber- try broccoli microgreens.
Please note: tiny seed hulls sometimes remain attached to the leaves- they are ok to eat. Refrigerated shelf life is usually 5-6 days.

How We Deliver: Every Wednesday is delivery day. Your order will be delivered on the Wednesday after you place your online order.
If you are not available to receive your microgreen delivery on Wednesday, please place a cooler with a frozen cold pack near your front door so we can place your order inside. Microgreens are very delicate and must be kept cold at all times or they will spoil. No refunds will be given if you have not provided a cooler for your microgreens and they spoil as result of them getting too hot.
